Founder
I have spent 30 years in cybersecurity and cloud, from writing the first code to leading technology organisations of 350 people as CTO at F-Secure and CUJO AI. Twice I have been the CEO's co-pilot through a growth phase, at Secunia and CUJO AI, with product, technology and operations on my desk. I have built engineering organisations from zero in three countries, run global SaaS operations, and worked on product and technology diligence and M&A from both sides of the table. / From experience
- I designed the service-provider platform that became the largest part of F-Secure's business, before the term SaaS existed.
- I built F-Secure Labs and its detection technologies, and led vulnerability research at Secunia.
- As CTO, I led engineering through its shift from SDLC to AI-DLC.
/ Our philosophy
Our logo brings together the alchemical signs of the four basic elements: Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Air stands for communication and strategy. Fire represents energy and assertiveness. Water symbolises adaptability and healing. Earth embodies growth and security.
They exist as unique elements, but the dynamics between them create transformation. DynamikUs represents the invisible fifth element, Spirit, essential for connection and balance between all the others.
